PMDG Support Down?

Featured Replies

I installed 737NGX with no problems until I tried to load from "Change Aircraft" while in FSX. Want's activation Code, will not except it then kicks me out of FSX. Used order ID: no go. Used RJSxxxxxx number from PMDG Email, no go. Cannot find/see any more numbers. Cannot submit a ticket.Shut off firewall and AV.Soon will shut off rig. Buck Bolduc

Used Firefox and MS. Searched and found Steves solution but after several tries I gave up. Buck

Chrome or Safari?
I'm wondering if I re-installed the NGX over itself if it would help? PMDG's 747-400 download read me used to advise that to use the stored flights in the FlightPlans folder that came with the download. If that don't work I'll have to try an uninstall/re-install, can't find a work around. Buck

I guess the support servers are up, got a ticket in! Buck

Hm, this drove me crazy for a while as I really needed to file a ticket now. FF loads forever, until I finally tried IE which was snappy, no problem at all. Wonder why this is. sig.gif
