I was getting ready to do a night flight on VATSIM and began seeing some weird textures inside the VC. At first, I thought another AC had spawned in on top of me, but on closer inspection, it was just my plane duplicating itself. Inside the VC, I could see the outlines of pilots moving around and outside in the spot view, I could see two planes one on-top of the other. This all occurred after applying the UIAutomationCore.dll to the FSX folder, so I removed it and tried restarting FSX and I began getting the .dll fatal error on start-up.

There are multiple versions of that dll, you might have luck with a different one.

If you are using FSINN, turn off the P2P (that was one of the suggestions on VATSIM forums I think it was). I found that if there was a plane within 20 miles of me, they got "stuck" to me. I don't think I have actually tried since I did turn mine off, so not 100% it works. Just do a search on "ghosting" I think it was.
