Hi,I have been reading a lot on this external fps limiter online and it had very good reviews. btw, i am not sure if this is the correct place i should be putting this. feel free to move it :) now on to the point. I cant seem to find any working links on the external fps limiter. And some people commented that it does not work in vista. Is this true? I have a 32-bit vista system. Thanks :)
