Hey All, I'm wondering if we should work on some forum maintenance.. I see that the main forum has Sonar5 and Jeff as moderators and the private room has Jeff and Bry. Is Sonar5 coming back or should we have him removed? Also, I think we should get a list of everyone on the RTW race forum group who has access to the private room so we can remove former team members who are no longer with us. Thoughts/opinions?

I agree that we should have additional moderator(s) for the main forum. Nominations? Even though he did not participate last year I don't think Sonar5 should be removed as a moderator unless he formally leaves the team. We will need to contact Tom to get a list of who has access to the private room. Although I am a moderator there are no tools for me to see who is a current member. Not sure if we need to address this right now. I would say we should review private forum membership closer to the race date. If we have super secret stuff to share we can also use private messaging or teamspeak for group discussions. My teamspeak is still up and will be through this years race.

I'd like to volunteer to be a moderator on the private and main forum if no-one has objections.. Jeff, I agree with you about Sonar.. I just was looking for other opinions.. As for the list of people, I agree too that maybe January would be a good time.. I just wanted to start with some very preliminary work as the race is only 124 days away (4 months tomorrow). Jeff your teamspeak server is up.. I think Buzz's FS Host is running so i think we should start holding some practice runs in the coming weeks. Ohh BTW Jeff, can you give me channel admin privledges on your TS server? I had them before but I reinstalled teamspeak and lost it. I am currently logged in so whenever you get around to it is cool with me. Thanks buddy.

I don't know how many moderators we need in either forum.... But if you're asking to have mods updated anyway, maybe ask again to add me in the main forum like Jeff had originally intended but was never added...

Hey stone, I agree with ya.. We should have 3 for the forums.. you, bry and jeff are on the private, but jeff is really the only one on the main.. Sonar5 isn't around much and Tom well, is Tom. :)

I am still out here and my practice server is up and running. I am reconfiguring my Teamspeak server, but I believe the TS 3 Server that Jeff graciously donated is still accepting my connections. Cheers!

Buzz, good to know your practice server will be up.. And yes, Jeff's awesome TS server is still up and running.. He said it will still be for the upcoming race.. Way to go Jeff...
