How to cycle through waypoints within PFD plan ?

Featured Replies

A quick questionIf I set pln in order to see the flight plan into the PFD I see only the point where I am, example LOWW airport. I can zoom in and out using the range function but if I want to zoom and/or cycle on a specific far waypoint/fix how can I do ?Thx

PLN map mode on the mcp, then legs page on the fmc, you should see a "step" option, click it, it will cycle through all your waypoints.

Excellent, I knew I had done this on the Queen and couldn't remember how, it will help with deciding which SID/STAR to select. I will give it a run later.

Marvellous.Much appreciated.

Just a quick question regarding stepping through FP when in " plan " mode.Is it possible to step backwards with the FMC to the previous waypoints rather than having to go all the way round again if you;ve gone that one step too far?RegardsBarry Copley

Another question, if I have a 1 LEGS page only the step option is not available ( correct ? ) and there may be hundreds of nm between the first and last waypoints.

Yeah, you can hit 'Prev Page'. Than you are one side back and you don't have to cycle your whole plan. ;)
