Loading new Flight Plan

Featured Replies

Hello !After ATC close my flight plan, how do I load a new Flight plan, do I need to restart FSX ????Thanks in advanceYiar

just hit "disable" on the VoxATC window, then load a new FP in FSX while on the tarmac. then "enable" VoxATC.if you wish you could "end flight" -> load a new FP ->"fly now" -> "enable" VoxATC.both ways would work.no need to Exit FSX.

I've tried using this procedure, and I still get calls based on the previous flight plan (The one I just flew and closed before disabling Vox ATC). Even closing the flight plan, disabling Vox ATC, backing out to the Main FSX Free Flight page, loading the flight plan there, hitting fly, results in the same problem. The only solution that has worked for me is to close the game and restart it (A bit of a bother). Is there some other way to continue on from the airport one has just landed at?

some one mentioned that for it to work you actually need to disable Vox, load a new flight in FSX (without exiting the flight) and then save the flight (file -> save. or F5 and save), then enable Vox again.try it and let me know if it works.

Thanks for the quick response, I will try that and post the results.

That worked! Now I can pick up gas, passangers, stretch the legs... and not have to exit and restart the game (a pain if you're using Megascenery). Thanks a lot.

I guess that's the method then.good to know..
