November 21, 201114 yr Author OK, I set it on 4.5 and 1.39.This are the mem and SPD tabs CPU-Z.Do you think that set it on manual stead of auto will improve stability? What really bother me is i've seen setups at 5.0.Anyway as long I can use the NGX Damn!! is getting to 80C anyway!!! November 21, 201114 yr And does CPU-Z confirm your Vcore is at 1.39V? Because those are pretty high idle tempsBetter reset you BIOS to defaults for now Matías. You may need to reseat your cooler.I would download Speedfan and make sure those fans are running at the speeds they're supposed to. If they are, you can try opening your case and see if temps are better with the case open.If they are better it's a sign of poor ventilation
November 21, 201114 yr Author Yeap it says it is at 1.39.One thing: I installed the H60 my self and i read it needs soné kind of glue or something. I just left the one that came with it already on the cooler. Mayor that the reason. Matias SorcinelliCHECK MY CHANNEL!!! - http://www.youtube.com/user/masneoquil

I just left the one that came with it already on the cooler. Mayor that the reason. The compound that comes on the Corsair coolers is decent as is. I'm thinking that you're experiencing the pains of a cramped, hot case and very poor airflow. 1.39V at 4.5GHz seems a little bit high to me, especially for the H60 (then again, sometimes we get a chip that won't do any better). ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
November 21, 201114 yr Author Do you know whats the rpm for h60, what should be? Mine is at 1900 tops and it seems it wont go any further Matias SorcinelliCHECK MY CHANNEL!!! - http://www.youtube.com/user/masneoquil
November 21, 201114 yr And what are temps like on stock clocks? The fans are spinning at the right speed. That's ruled out too.Try reconfiguring the rad fans so they blow air inside of the case and test with the case open to see if there's a ventilation issue as Zach suggested
November 21, 201114 yr Author Ok. I will try that toorrow as soon i get from work. Thanks for all the help Matias SorcinelliCHECK MY CHANNEL!!! - http://www.youtube.com/user/masneoquil
November 22, 201114 yr Author OK guys,I've opened, and change the push-pull config to extract air from the case cause the radiator was full of dirt. I also set the fan that came with the H60 on the outside and the one that was with the case (that is less powerfull) on the inside.I've it stable at 4.5 with a vcore of 1.38 but the temp reach 80 anyway.Could be that the H60 it is not working correctly?I also used one of this (seriously he) directly into the case but the temp decrease only a few degrees, so i don't know if changing the case with one that have 6 fans will help.Don't know what else to try!!
November 22, 201114 yr if you run on "default setting" and temp is still high, that seems to be the cooling issues cpu : 3570k@4700 1.26v mb : maximus v gene ram : gskill 2133 11-11-11-30 1t vga : hd5850 (waiting for 660gtx) ssd : sandisk 240gb

November 22, 201114 yr Author Obviously, your not getting proper cooling from your Corsair. You may want to check the Corsair Forums. There is some very good info there on were to hook your fans to your Motherboard and speed settings. First you need to get SPEEDFAN and check your CPU/Pump speed and Corsair case fan speeds. I run my fans full speed, no power saving modes here. BIOS set to full performance. I have an H80 with I7 @ 4.8ghz. Run 31c Idle and 58c load. CPU pump speed 1480 rpm and case fans @ 1900 rpm. Push pull config. air outside in and a large case fan expelling air. Also my PSU pulls air from the outside and expels to the outside ( Air intake on top of case). Ouside air is much cooler than using internal air to cool. I keep my computer room @ 68f.Good luckYeah, i did check the forums and in fact the CPU fans is at 1900 and the power fan (pump) is at 4500 rpm. For what i've read thats ok. I'm starting to think that there is no liquid inside my liquid coller. I'm thinking to change the case and now i'm going to but the compound to clean it and installed again. Thanks again. Case temp is important with the H-coolers, especially using an exhaust setup.BUT, Dario's suggestion I think will fix your issue. There's a certain technique each one of us uses when seating the heat sink onto the heat spreader, and I'm positive some work and some don't. With any cooler, I like to twist the heat sink right and left a few degrees while pressing firmly towards the CPU heat spreader. This guarantees no bubbles or other imperfections in the contact. Also, make sure that when you screw the heat sink down, it's pretty tight.Good luck, Matias. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
