Before take off the spoiler has to be armed in order to get the Green Tape.When I cruise I put them into disarmed position ( DET )Now I find that in order to autoland it is not sufficient to just arm them again becauselanding like this would not deploy spoilers on touchdown.I have to deploy them for a few seconds,then arm them again and now thesystem works. ( Spoiler deploys upon landing )I would be curious to know if other people have the same issue or is it just me,meaningthat there is a bug somewhere.Antonio Vernas

The "DET" position means they are only down not disarmed. You need to left click or press "Shift + /" to disarm them. Right click or press "Shift + /" to arm the spoilers.

The spoiler lever is armed when you pull it up. You can right click it to arm/disarm it or press shift+/ as stated above. However the lever must stay in the DET position to be armed. If you pull it towards you you deploy the spoilers, which is not the best idea for takeoff and approach ;)
