New computer build fresh install of fsx and ngx 800 900 700 600 my problem is the livery manager is not in its folder, at first I created a desktop shortcut click on it nothing happens went back to main folder to make another one and the exe is gone I have installed this 2 times now no deal, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Get rid of Norton or any similar bloated commercial AV - they're crap. Install Microsoft Security Essentials - much better program that won't do stuff like this.

Thanks Ryan I had the same feelings about norton for the longest time but that new 360 is awesome they must have changed it, never saw this before thanks buddy, have a great weekend.
