Restarting RC4 from a saved flight/where I left off

Featured Replies

can I do this mid-air? I looked for .rcd files but there were none saved and 'm not sure what purpose those are for I did load the original flight plan and RC4 changed the local time :( I guess I better read the manual:D

have you clicked the .flt/.wx button in rc? this is where you define the path where the .rcd file goesand you can save and restart rc/fs anywhere in your flight. keep in mind, sophisticated third party planes do not have their state saved, and start dark when you restart mid-airjd

Ok defined the pats... thanks :) so I take it RC automatically saves these files? And thanks for pointing out 3rd party advanced a/c, most of which I don't use

Try this;In the RC keyboard definitions define the save flight keystrokes as ctrl-shift-;. With some users environments just using ; does not work.
