seems I got a corrupted file for the AS2012 installation, installation always stops at some tropical water texture. re-downloaded basically all bins from different servers but still no success. before I download 3 gb again I would love to know where / in which bin the water texture are found?thanksphil

it stops and says a file may be corrupt. I can close, retry or skip but all without success. well, except close :-). the file is somewhere here expected: DataWatercolorTropical08 Patchxxxsorry, also opened a ticket already. will close when solved. as we speak I downloaded bin #4 again, done in 3 mins. will see

well, bin 4 seems not to be the culprit. attached the error with the texture file name. I just clicked retry but then the error messages just pops up again after a while. then I tried to hit ignore (not skip, btw) and again the error message pops up. only cancel works :-(

This appears related to a corrupt download file. Please try downloading the files again. There is no specific 'bin" for anything, it is all synchronous and requires each file.

ok, I thought about the cab files where you know what is in which file. well, will keep trying then. though I already downloaded all bin now at least 5 times..EDIT: passed the water texture. No I got another error. Will keep trying with bin 4 and 5..

Hi,You have re-downloaded 5 times and each time you are getting this error? Are you sure you are removing the initial files, ensuring you are not mixing anything up?We have no other reports of this so we need to confirm a proper fresh re-download. Also, can you confirm you have enough free hard drive space, and you are installing as an ADMIN user? Thanks!
