I have been an Active Sky & Evolution customer for years. I'm trying to be 2012 customer, however after about two hours of frustration, I really don't know what to do. 1.) I can't locate License Key or Order Number for ASA. I upgraded to ASE without charge a couple of years ago. 2.) I can't finish the 2012 installation because I can't locate the License Key.3.) I can't logon to request another License Key because I can't find the Order number. I thought I bought ASA from Simmarket, but a check of history reveals that wasn't the case. If not Simmarket, then where else could it be ? As I said, I can't logon to HiFi because the Order number. I really could use some help.

Hi No name:If you have any of the HiFi Active Sky software installed you will have an entry in the registry. You can use regedit and look in HKEY_Current_UserSoftwareHiFi and should find and entry for either ASA or ASE with your license key.Bob
