I need help fixing my PASI airport using Tongass Fjords. To me it looks like there are two different airports loading. I have tried deleating double AFCAD files but there is only one that I can find. I have also changed the scenery position but with no luck. Finally I did try to post this problem in the Misty Fjords form but it seems to be locked as of a few years ago. Any suggestions?

I can not see you pics for some reason so can only guess at the problem.How did you search for the duplicate afcad, if there is one? They can lurk in suprising places.You can use the afcad program to open that airport. It should list two afcads, the add-on and the default fs9 one underneath. If there are 3, you can open the top two and see their location in file>propertiesAfcad is herehttp://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fs2004afcd&DLID=46238If you have done the above, then I would uncheck everything in the scenery library, restart fs and look at the airport in default mode. Then add this airport scenery, resart and see if it is OK, then add in the remaining sceneries in batches to narrow down what is causing your issue.

Thank you mole man, That is the program that I use as well to look for duplicate files. I think that I have fixed my problem, I made the Sitka bgl file inactive and now I have the Tongass Fjord airport only. However FS9 now sees the runway as dirt, the tires of the AC throw up rooster tails,Thanks again.

I suspect you are missing a "stub afcad" for that airport, usually placed in ...FS9SceneryWorldScenery.You might look through the folders for TF, Holger often has folders named Cache that store these kinds of files.If you cannot find a file with PASI in the name along with something like "elevation correction" you could try placing a copy, do not move the original, of the PASI AF2 file to ..FS9SceneryWorldScenery.Hope this helps.regards,Joe
