December 26, 201114 yr Hello I purchased the NGX the day it came out, I had to reinstall Windows on my system this weekend and saved my NGX base file to a external drive, however, when it was time to unzip the NGX file it said it was corrupted. I went to the PMDG site to re download my NGX file and it said the link was no longer active!! I then realized that you have to pay to reactivate your link, which I did. When I signed up for the support desk it sent me a confirmation link which was not working. OK, now I am stuck, no idea what to do from here. Someone from PMDG please help, I miss my NGX for XMAS!! 7900x3d , 64gb 6200mhz 30CL Ram, RTX 3080
