Hi, im new to voxatc, i bought the softwear the other day and as i tried to install it it froze right at the end, i installed all the voices then it comes too the VOXATC indexer Processing Facility Data, and it gets stuck on"c:\program files (x86)\microsoft games\microsoft flight simulator x\scenery\0202\scenery\OBX23220.bgl" i dont seem to beable to find any info out about this on line either any help would be greatfulthanks people

im also on windows 7 64bit

does anyone evan know what this file is scenery0202sceneryOBX23220.bgl ?

It's part of the original install. You should contact the developer. He's very good at customer support.

No idea what this file does. For a quick fix I would try renaming the file extension to off or passive so the indexer will ignore it. After running the indexer you might be able to rename the file ext back to .bgl so FSX will not be affected when you launch it. I also run this software on a Win7-64bit PC and have had no issues and overall the software works very well. I would contact the developer on their web site contact page. I had a similar issue with a previous VoxATC version and addon scenery bgls and they provided a solution.

thanks for your help, i have contacted voxatc via there site yestaday but had this softwear from 24th dec and just cant get it working just a little inpatient i guess ill just have to wait thanks for your help thoscenery files are hidden. Dose it matter if there hidden or not ? just a fort

Hi dbrucem i put my fsx disk in and did a repair altho still have same problem i did try removing the file too see if i could continue howeva as i did this the same problem occured but got stuck on the file before it strange. i dont no too much about messing around with the fsx files etc.. as i dont usually have problems a few little things hear and there but thats fsx aint it lol.its strange the installer pageInstalling VOXATC X the progress bar stops about 65% off the way thru

Well problem solved yay, howeva it was the solution that no one really wants to do, Had to reformat my pc
