Regardless of any NDA agreement, Microsoft knew what they were doing when they initiated a largely unrestricted public beta. If they were really intent on keeping everything under wraps then they would have kept the beta test strictly in-house.

I lack the words to express how disappointed I am in everything I've been reading and seeing. I can't afford a $500 sim, so I hope PMDG plans to support FSX for a long time to come.
I think P3D v2 has something to offer. Although the 10 buck a month is absurd. ORBX said FSX is for the next 5-10 years... :(
i know that what i thought too seems more like a "game" rather than a sim
