No there is not as they would still need to model whole rest of the world outside Hawaii to make any addon dev interested.

It is called DUMB IT DOWN my friends....or KISS:KeepItSimpleStupidCorporations have been doing that for years now...Dumb down society. Just watch any episode of the Apprentice and that is the biggest joke in the entire world as well...MS is no different either. BULL$HIT is all.
