January 11, 201214 yr Author BTW was/is it very hard to repaint that bird? Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h
January 11, 201214 yr BTW was/is it very hard to repaint that bird?Piece of cake if you just add stripes, paint the tail, winglets and maybe change the N#. I have a 'white' tail if you would like to give it a try. Here is what the tail dds look like. There is not very much aluminum holding all those rivets together. These things were built back when they didn't know how weak they could make them. Remember this was designed as a Swiss fighter.Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
January 11, 201214 yr Author Thanks, I´ll take a look at it. Is there an paintkit out there?Btw, how do you get this stripes that correct (spacing and so on)? Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h

Is there an paintkit out there?Btw, how do you get this stripes that correct (spacing and so on)?Good eyes, only lite beer, and don't sweat the details. I'm not even a painter, I just add to what is there. No paintkit that I know of. I use some feature in my paint program for the lines, it is called the pologon tool. All curves are really a series of really small straight lines.BTW, I see the library guys are on the ball, except they left out the little icon image and the jpg to view prior to the download.RayRay When Pigs Fly .
