They are inbound and outbound vor radials selected through the 1 and 2 course selectors for the tuned Vor stations.JB

Navaid radials. The FMC has autotuned some navaids and the display is showing the radials as selected by your 1 and 2 CRS knobs (currently both on 360ish).

If you don't like this btw it's an option in the FMC... a lot of airlines don't have them.
