Hi guys,In this fine video

the acceleration height is set at 800 feet and the reduction at 3000feet.Takeoff conf. is Flaps 15 TO short runwayI thought that it was always reduction first (800-1500) and then acceleration (typical 1500-3000)What am i missing ? please explainThanksMichael

It is possible that he set that in anticipation of E/O situation, but it is possible to do this, if atypical. Maybe his company finds this best for their purposes on noise insensitive airports.
