I purchased this software yesterday and have still yet been able to use it. Can I please get a key to unlock it?

When I copy and paste the key after clicking the button RC just closes and nothing happens. I keep putting it in and keep getting the same thing. I am running it as administrator, uninstalled my anti virus protection. I don't understand what the problem is

First if you manually generated your e-mail be sure any - if present precedes the product code.In pasting in your received key be sure the cursor sits right after the last character with out any spaces after it or preceding it.
