PMDG Activation trouble

Featured Replies

Hi there,I have the 737NGX activated since the first day it was released, and everything was fine with it.I replaced my motherboard, my CPU, my RAM, with no trouble, I replaced my graphic card with no trouble.Yesterday I pulled out of my computer my sound card, and this morning, I coudln't get into flight as I was prompt to activate the product. Here is what I get:887940pmdg.pngSo, it's the second time I try to activate the software, I don't understand why I have to since I never had to reinstall either my system or FSX. I opened a ticket this morning (14hours ago) and still have no answer, this is the week-end, meaning the two days in the week I can fly, and I am a bit seriously angry about this situation. Thanks for helpMilan Assuied

It's common for software to deactivate when you replace that many components. As for the ticket, be sure to log in and check its status, you may have just not received a response notification email.

Anytime you change that much stuff at one time you can only expect something is not going to work right, Anyway I wouldn't be upset with PMDG Its not there fault... I had trouble getting a ticket a couple of weeks ago because of some AT&T B.S I had to open a different mail account and as soon as i sent them a new email address the ticket went through instantly. Good luck.
