Communication with PMDG and other help?

Featured Replies

I'm having trouble communicating with support at PMDG at their support website as defined by my confirmation E-Mail regarding a purchase of the NGX. I asked for a new password twice, today (Friday) and Wednesday but never received any E-Mail from their website (using my regular and spam E-Mail boxes using Chrome)Any help would be greatly appreciated, Darryl Enault

You should log into your pmdg account on the support server, and the support messages should be there.

I can't, lost my password...that's what the message is all about.

Maybe pmdg is doing server upgrade in these days, they have not yet answered to my last ticket.

This happened to me, Darryl..I got all four password change emails at the same time, about four days later..I think Andrea is right; if you read the SP1c announcement thread, Robert talks about them doing server upgrades..that's my bag..It's always a fraught time for any company..I expect they're having issues..It will comebestjake
