February 15, 201214 yr I'm trying to figure out how to take my .rte file in EFB and import it into the FMC co route in the PMDG 737-700. I've tried to save the .rte file, and import it using the CO route, but it doesn't load anything into the LEGS page. Am I missing something simple?
February 15, 201214 yr Hi BillIm using EFB and importing .rte files without any problems. I guess some quick and dirty questions to ask are:1) are you sure the route you are creating in EFB is actually a full flight plan?2) are you saving the .rte file to the correct place? For me I save them direct from EFB into FSXPMDGflightplansngx and they are accessible straight from the CDU immediately thenCheerskevin Edited February 15, 201214 yr by kevinfirth Kevin Firth - AMD 9800X3D; Asus Prime X670E; 64Gb Cas30 6000 DDR5; RTX5090; AutoFPS
February 15, 201214 yr Hi Bill, have you set the right path for the .rte file? default save for flightplans is Flight Simulator XPMDGFLIGHTPLANS but the 737 has a NGX Folder inside the Flightplans directory.Point EFB to save RTE to Flight Simulator XPMDGFLIGHTPLANSNGX or copy it manual to that directory. If that not helps, write exact what you enter in EFB, I use it here every day without any probs.Greetings from germany Markus FrankWindows 10 64,Intel i7, 32GB RAMNVidia GTX 1080ti, Prepar3D V4.
