February 21, 201214 yr I finally got around to flying around the Canary Islands. I installed Project Canarias 2005 scenery and after flying to several islands I settled in at Tenerife south GCTS. Unfortunately most of the airport buildings have no textures (completely white). Anyone know what I could have done wrong or where I can locate the textures? Thanks for your help!Airbus Al Kaupa Digital Storm purchased 8/17/2011; Win7x64: Asus P8P67 Deluxe; Intel i7 2600K@3,9 GHZ; nVidia GTX 560Ti; 8GB DDR3 1600 Corsair Dominator; Power Corsair HX 750W; Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD; 300GB WD VelociRaptor; 1TB Seagate.

February 22, 201214 yr You might try installing "af2_gclp_2010" here in the Avsim library. It adds jetways and better parking to GCTS as well, and might help with the textures. I use Zinertek's airport add-on textures for default buildings, and mine are displaying at GCTS after installing Canarias 2006 (which I just did last weekend). John G.
February 22, 201214 yr I installed Canarias 2006 just yesterday, and buildings textures are displayed correctly. But: I also have my standard airport textures replaced. There are a tower, a terminal and a little building northwest of the apron. Only these three buildings are displayed here at all. Two buildings standing somewhere at the mountain slope seem to have airport textures as well. Are these the buildings without textures, or are there more?P.S.: Although it's not the newest scenery, I recommend using Toni Agramonts Canares 04 in combination with Canarias 2006. If you remove all the bgl's for these tiny villages (and of course airport files fpr GCLB and GCLA) in his scenery, you can just use airports, which - at least at GCTS, which I know in reality - give you an impression of the real ones. You still need an additional Afcad-file for them.P.P.S.: Does Canarias 2006 only contain summer textures? Maybe their installation manager renames or duplicates texture files according to season, but after reading some posts in this forum whose writers did ruin their FS2004 with the installation routine I made a manual installation. So it seems as I had to rename all the texture files (except the delivered winter files for Pico de Teide); I hope a batch file will do this for me.
