When are we going to see high speed turn-off correct taxi ID recognition, instead of generic IDs? I have corrected EDDF to the added new runway. RC recognizes the new main taxiways correctly, but not the runway turnoffs (which are taxiways too) after exiting the runway and during advising ground of the current location to obtain taxi clearance, Or is the problem mine?

The problem is probably the airport design. Make sure you are currently using makerwys.exe from this link:http://forum.simflight.com/topic/66136-useful-additional-programs/Makerwys, used by the RC scenery utility, keeps a log in your FS folder called runways.txt. Open it with word or wordpad (it is a huge text file).Search for the ICAO code. If a default exists there will be a single section with runway, taxiway, and parking data in a descriptive form. Note that each section has a path indicator.Add-on scenery has a pair of sections, one of deletions and one of the data descriptions. The order of scenery sections is the priority order in your scenery.cfg as established by the priority you set in the scenery library. The last section pair is dominant for RC to get the data. Make sure that last section pair points to that scenery.At this time RC4 uses only the runway data as placed in r5.csv in your FS folder and copied to the the RCv4data folder as r4.csv from which a4.csv is created to determine the airport center from the runways.RC knows nothing about taxi exists or paths or parking locations. RC does not offer progressive taxi.RC knows (make sure your FSUIPC is current) your location with respect to to the calculated airport center and the runway properties. It knows the hold short locations at each end from the scenery starting locations marked on the runway. RC4 just states to take the next exit from the runway. It knows when you leave the runway and tells you to contact ground. If you entered a gate ID in the controller page prior to your flight it will speak that ID. For take-off runway entry RC measures your aircraft distance to the runway center.The taxiway and parking data in your FS folder is for a future version of RC.

After RC states to take the next high speed, and the aircraft leaves the active and sits just off the active and contacts ground to obtain taxi clearance, the RC co-pilot announces a "generic taxiway ID, eg. 'at J4'" instead of the actual high speed turn-off taxiway ID. Where may I correctly list that taxiway. Look at EDDF as corrected for thr new runway: the main departinfg taxiway is P and the high speeds are designated as P4 through P--. These are not correctly identified by RC, but they are by FSX ATC Ground.

RC4 has no taxiway data. The 'J4' is random and no adjustments are available to my knowledge.RCv5 will have it and has been tested for departure. Don't ask please. I do not know anything about when it will be ready. However, make any choices based on RC4.There are third party products that offer guided taxi routes. AFAIK this product below does not offer speech:http://www.dbsim.com/aptgps/dbs.aptgps.htmand is not something I use therefore I do not know if it extracts data from scenery. Look for reviews on it.
