February 27, 201214 yr The advantage of turning HT off is that less heat is produced, thus allowing for a slightly higher OC. If you turn HT off but don't inclrease your clock, there will be no advantage to FSX.Cheers,- jahman.If I may jump in and also mention - As I understand, FSX does not take advantage of HT but there may be other program addons for FSX that do. It depends on what other addons you may have running along with FSX. Wilbert
February 27, 201214 yr I just leave HT on, my current system at it's current overclock is stable and temps reasonable.I did experiment and ran a flight with HT off , and saw no difference in performance. Don B

(8).I tried with affinity 84, but not much work for first core then.I think i will go with 85.Thanks for good feedback.
