Stuttering

Featured Replies

I have noticed recently that sometimes when I go onto wing view (I have ezdok camera) sometimes I get bad stuttering, goes a bti slideshowy, yet I have 50fps. It's strange, it will do it say on the right wing, but not the left, then it will go away, and then come again. It generally lasts no longer than a minute-three minutes when it happens, but it's a little annoying.Any idvice on what might be the problem? I have a good computer and get good fps.Kind Regards,Dan

Does it do it with other FSX planes, Dan?bestjake

Try limiting your frames to 30. FSX will always have a little bit of stuttering. Nature of the beast.

I haven't noticed it with other planes, Jake. And Matt I have my FPS locked externally in Nvidia inspector to 30.Regards,Dan

I get it with or without frame limits (using inspector at 30 and 40)Same as Dan, I get it in an exterior EZDOK view (float cam, mainly) then it goes away..The frame rate fluctuates from whatever it's limited to to about 6 or 7 back and forth for about a third of a second..I've not flown anything but NGX for a while, that's why I asked..might have to fire up some GA..Don't think it's NGX
