I'd be upset too, maybe nobody is "manning" support, it does usually take a day or two to get a response, maybe PMDG has a long of tickets before yours.

Customer's sign their full names here.The $5 dollar thing you won't get any sympathy from PMDG for unfortunately. As for your support request, are you waiting for an email? There seems to be issues with some of PMDG's emails. Many didn't get emails with download links, and other associated mess, regardless of junk mail settings etc. etc. etc. The standard advice of checking junk mail folders and such also applies.Basically, it's best to view the status of your support ticket directly thought PMDG's support portal. You may have already gotten a response.
