Select Heading Select

Featured Replies

Im just curious why some commands you have to say select? and some you don't. Why can't I just say heading select instead of select heading select, or command A instead of select command A. Other then that this product is amazing.

Glad you like it!I'll pass the mic over to Capt Damien Weekes for that one. He's our 737 Consultant who designed the Procedures and Speech commands you see.Remember, though, there are a million ways to skin a cat. Some airline will do it one way, some will do it another. There's no absolute right or wrong (unless you do something that will crash the plane :-) )In the NGX version, FS2Crew generally followed the Boeing FCOMs though, but there's still some room for interpretation.

Thanks Bryan, I thought maby that adding SELECT was something you had to do from a programming side of things in order for it to work correctly, but if this is how certain airlines do it then great. I was just wondering, thanks for the reply :(
