A few things can mess-up the FS2Crew Audio engine:1. Having a certain audio program running in the background, such as Tunebite, etc., that attempt to strip DRM rights from digital music.That's the first thing you should check.... check your audio programs that may be running in the background that try to mess with DRM audio rights.Apparently these types of programs are legal in parts of Europe, but not the United States. At any rate, Microsoft doesn't seem to like them.2. Not having the latest DirectX run-times installed. You can download and install them from Microsoft.3. Some users who have multiple sound cards running in parallel reported some issues with the Audio engine. Disabling one sound card seemed to resolve the problem in their situations.

I have the latest directx and only squawkbox 4 is running in the background .will do some more flights .i was testing the MCP commands heavy li before the crash .Thanks for a great add-on Michael
