March 19, 201214 yr I see avsim has implemented where someone can give you plus or minus for posts. I don's agree with the fact that I can't see who gave me a negative for my post. I know all about the flame wars that would come with that but I just don't agree that someone can say I don't like that post so I will give them a negative. I'm not sure what the purpose is of all these staff and member decided awards except to provode those on the inside some private snickering. I do know that most of it can ultimately only inhibit many from posting (contributing) here.
