I had ran into some problems that have been fixed by me re installing FS crew as has been suggested. However the one problem I can not seem to solve is not being able to get the FO to start engine number 1. I am most likely overlooking something since I am a newbie but I have read the manual front to back. I config the start for APU everything goes smooth push back and all I called sequence is 2 then one, he says check. Then I say start engine 2 and he complies and starts the engine. Then i add the fuel at 25%. He then says starter cutout. Then when I say start engine 1 nothing happens. The green bar indicates that I have said the correct phrase but nothing. What I do notice is that the command bar (not sure the correct term) changes to set to flaps after engine 2 is started. Also in most cases the FA safety announcement is skipped. I am then forced to start the number 1 manually. And because I start it manually i also then have to manually do the before taxi procedure. Once I say flaps 5 everything returns to normal and i have no problems. Like I typed earlier I am sure it is something that I am not doing. If more information is needed just let me know. Help is greatly appreciatedRegards
