March 23, 201214 yr Hi everyone.I was practising a missed approach last night and I was unsure of how FS2Crew should react? On approach I called 'Cleared'Then I tried to call 'Go Around' (instead of 'Landing') which did not work then I called 'Abort, Abort'What should my FO do in this case? Retract gear, reduce flaps, set TOGA?Any ideas how to perform a missed approach with FS2Crew correctly would be a great help :)Many thanks Russ Bailey EGJB
March 23, 201214 yr I'm not 100% and I don't have the documentation in front of me at the moment but it might be you should have said 'Going around' rather than 'Go around'

VNAV may be selected if the flaps are up.Verify that climb thrust is set.Call for the “AFTER TAKEOFF CHECKLIST” after the aircraft is in a clean configuration.Continue to the alternate airport or shoot the approach again. If shooting the approach again, cycle the Mode to “LANDING” before calling for Flap Extensions, Landing Gear and commencing the 'Landing Checklist'. Notes: For the “GO AROUND” call to take effect in the simulation, the FS2Crew Display Mode on the Main Panel must display: 'LANDING'. Damien WeekesCaptain 737NG / A319/20/21
