March 31, 201214 yr Can anyone tell me where I can buy colour prints of a/c gauges. I am building my own cockpit and have so far purchased the multi saitek panel, and the radio panel, but cant afford to buy the six main fundemental gauges, alt, vsi, turn co-ordinator etc so would like to obtain/buy a glossy printout of these gauges to fill my home built cockpit up till Im able to save for the saitek gauges. I dont have a colour printer as this woulkd be the simpler option.
April 1, 201214 yr Is there nothing useful to be found if you Google 'aircraft gauges' for images?https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=aircraft+gauges&hl=en&safe=off&prmd=imvns&source=lnms&tbm=isch&ei=fJp3T8m4DoKq8AO19O3FDQ&sa=X&oi=mode_link&ct=mode&cd=2&ved=0CEsQ_AUoAQ&biw=1163&bih=822
April 1, 201214 yr If you have not got a suitable printer, you can resize images found on the 'net in either MS Paint or the free Paint.net, copy and paste four or five of them on a A4-sized file, then sling that on a USB drive and take it to a local print shop. They can print and laminate them for you for not much cost. Take a ruler with you so you can check the size of a test print out and make sure what you are getting is the correct size.Be sure that the calibration of any gauge images matches what FS puts out, and with that in mind, you might even use the artwork for the FS gauges themselves, try the free demo of Panel Studio from Flight 1, which will help you to locate and extract the gauge images from FS.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
