March 31, 201214 yr As long as I've had FSX (and previous titles) I've never once got into `the inner depths' of it.. Lately though I've been on a FSX addiction.. So today I tackled paneling and my panel virginity has been broken and I think I'm addicted. I retrofitted out my 182RG. Didn't have many gauges to choose from as my hanger is small and a bunch have knobs modeled into the plane itself. Then I bought some FLT gauges (might buy FLN now), then that lead into beginning to retexture the entire interior with higher resolution textures.I'm tired, but I'm happy and just wanted to share because I'm happy I went from not knowing how to comprehend a panel cfg to fully understanding it and completing my goal! Not bad for a first eh? April 1, 201214 yr Moderator Aside from the 5x oversized DME gauge, that's quite well done! Congratulations. As Dai said, now is time to learn gauge design so you can fill up your meager resources with your own stuff... :( Fr.
