April 4, 201214 yr Hi, Question : if I copy and paste all the "Run Timer" lines in the .ini file from a plane to an other, is it the correct way to transfer flight hours from a plane to an other or are there some other things to do ? Thank you in advance, Regards, Richard Portier Richard Portier MAXIMUS VI FORMULA|Intel® Core i7-4770K [email protected] x8|NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080ti|M16GB DDR3|Windows10 Pro 64|P3Dv5|AFS2|TrackIr5|Saitek ProFlight Yoke + Quadrant + Rudder Pedal|Thrustmaster Warthog A10|
April 5, 201214 yr why would you want to that for thats just plan cheating lol, probably just as easy to add the hours in the cfg dont know if that will work. Some one mite know the answer if you can adjust the hours in the cfg I7-8700k,Corsair h1101 cooler ,Asus Strix Gaming Intel Z370 S11 motherboard, Corsair 32gb ramDD4,, gtx 1080ti Card, RM850 power supply Peter kelberg
April 5, 201214 yr Hey Peter why is that cheating? It is impossible for us to fly the planes as much as they do in real world. So if you fly one particular plane for 250 hours and you would like the risk of having failures that statistically happens after those 250 hours, but you also want to fly a new plane. Maybe you switched virtual airline or you grew tired of that livery. It would be nice to "continue" from where you left off. I don't find that cheating ^_^ And sorry Richard, I don't know how to do it properly. Thomas Danielsen - FAA Commercial Pilot, JAA ATPL
April 5, 201214 yr yes its is than why bother having hours accured to your flight time than, you mite as well add the hours in the cfgs when ever you feel like it to suit you I7-8700k,Corsair h1101 cooler ,Asus Strix Gaming Intel Z370 S11 motherboard, Corsair 32gb ramDD4,, gtx 1080ti Card, RM850 power supply Peter kelberg
April 5, 201214 yr Just choose to use a fixed Aircraft Option Configuration. The hours are saved in that file and will now transfer to any aircraft you fly. The downside will be you will only have the same options on equipment independent of livery/company. You could also cut/paste in the text files themselves. Eric Bocaneanu ROvACC Director

This is exactly why I want to transfer my flying hours and not "cheating" as I read in a so interesting and so useful answer Best Regards, Richard Portier @ rX "Just choose to use a fixed Aircraft Option Configuration.
