Hi there,

without a doubt the NGX is the most realistic modern airliner for FS ever. Watching some youtube videos while enroute I stumbled over the Honeywell Runway Awareness and Advisory system. Air Berlin uses this system in their 737 for example. I can't imagine how complex this would be to integrate, but it would be a really great addition to this already almost perfect plane.

I've asked for this feature numerous times, see forum search. I'd so much like to see this in a future update. Even if the T7 gets it first and then retrofit on the NG I wouldn't care, but it certainly should be integrated at some point. This would be a first in FSX.

 

Sounds like something better suited to a separate addon, which would work with all FSX aircraft, than integration in the NGX, which is probably already loaded to breaking point with features.

Nothing against a global RAAS system, but I don't think someone will do it..

i am working on that and i had a running version for fs9. now working on an fsx (or fs9 and fsx) version. I even hired the first real I b*tchin betty to make sounds for me (as honeywell didnt want to give me the original ones) here is a demo:

well its not that easy, i am not a professional developer and therefor, i have to learn everything and actually i am searching some professionals to help me with this.. otherwise it will take a long time
