Since I got my GTS450, I've gotten a huge improvement in performance with Flight from the 9500GT i was running before. This has finally allowed me to record videos. Here is my first attempt at one just to see how performance is when recording. It was actually quite smooth. Anyway, here's the video:

I am also collecting material from my most interesting flights and working on a montage of my own. I will have it ready soon.

Ctrl + Q/W/E/A/S/D move the view in various directions when you hold down either of those combinations.

 

And I have Fraps set to not record the mouse position. That will ensure that you don't see it. You can also turn off text chat in the display settings so that view changes don't show in the top corner.
