Two Problems with NGX FS2Crew SP1

Featured Replies

Hi

I have two problems. One is reported already and that this the NGX loads in the VC mode although FSX is configured to load in 2D. My default aircraft is the Trike.

In relation to this problem when I switch to the 2D cockpit and start FS2crew it statrs OK. Once I move to the VC, the FS2Crew Menu disappears. I can bring it back via the hot spot but after each check list item confirmed the sim switches to the throttle quadrant (no matter where I am in the flight phase) and the menu disappears. I have to do this for each check list item: Go to the Throttle, back to Captain side of the aircraft, reopen the FS2Crew menu, go to the next checklist item. I do not think that this is the way it should operate.

Also, it seems that FS2Crew has changed my EZDOK camera sequence. Does FS2Crew setting conflict with EZDOK to anybody's knowledge? Before FS2Crew EZDOK was set to go Captain, CDU, Overhead, Throttle, otherviews. Now it is not the case.

Hi Bill,

1. That's EZDOK's doing... So long as the aircraft loads in the 2D, then switches to the VC you should be okay.

2. Double check your keyboard assignments. It sounds like the the Key you have set to be the "Main Button" is also the same key be used to Cycle Camera views.... Double Check that.

I use the "C" key for the Main Button. I suspect you might have yours set to "A".

3. FS2Crew doesn't touch the EZDOK camera sequence. That one I can't explain.

Cheers,
