Aerosoft 20% sale and I have been looking at the DHC-2 for a long time.Like the default one but want wheels and amphib.Any opinoins or reviews?Thanks,Ron

Throughout this forum you'll read that the Aerosoft Beaver looks--compared to newer payware--a bit dated in the cockpit, but otherwise a great model. At that price I think you'd be very happy.

This is a great aircraft and very enjoyable to fly with a great short field performance. It certainly is one of my favourite aircraft to fly in both FSX and FS9 and I don't think you will find any significant problem with the slightly dated cockpit. A great external model also with accurate flying characteristics, realistic sounds and good frame rates.
