How much do you use the FO

Featured Replies

How many of the task are you using the FO for versus the Captain. For example are you using the FO to change altitudes or frequency during the cruise segment? During the initial setup? etc etc.

I use the FO extensively when flying on VATSIM. I try to hand fly as much as possibly, so having the FO set frequencies, headings, and altitudes make things much, much easier.

I totally agree,

When flying online under ATC, your ability to follow ATC directives whilst flying in manually is just so much more efficient.
