Has anyone tried the FSX-to-P3D Migration Tool for the 747?

Is working fine.

When I try to install the PDMG B747 via the migration tool, it tells that I have already installed the newer version 210040; when I try to install that update, it tells that it is useless as I have already installed it, but that I can although proceed, when I accept, it seems to install it, but afterwards, searching the P3D folder, no PDMG folder or B747 files are present.- I think the only way is uninstalling the B747 from FSX which I dont want to do.-

Is there other way ?

Not really, except copying everything manually or running separate OS for P3D, like I do.
