April 18, 201214 yr After the quite successful first release of the X-Plane 10 HD Mesh Scenery, I have added a few new regions to the download section. I hope you will enjoy them too: Iceland Scandinavia UK/Ireland East Europe Madagascar Hawaii New Zealand A 5×10 degree area in the USA (around Texas) You can see a lot of new screenshots here: X-Plane 10 HD Mesh 2 IMPORTANT: the old scenery tiles did not change, so you don’t need to re-download what you already have! April 22, 201214 yr Thank you very much, really appreciated (Please also consider Greece/Greek Islands in a further expansion)!
April 22, 201214 yr I really like how it looks, but how does it affect the general performance? I´m running XPX on "the edge" as it is now... Richard 7950x3d | 32Gb 6000mHz RAM | 8Tb NVme | RTX 4090 | MSFS | P3D | XP12
April 22, 201214 yr Author Well, why not just try it? There are some smaller packages too (if you go over the maps, the "tool tips" - while hovering over the area - show the download size), which should help you test it. But, usually, most people reported, that the pure FPS hit was not so big ... its more like the RAM usage which is a problem on todays 32bit XP10 ... it just, plain crashes every now or then (this should be "fixed" with the future 64bit version of XP10).
