Mobo Issue (Help!)

Worst customer support experience ever: EVGA

What are you talking about?

They have 24 hour PHONE support, and they respond emails really fast. They were very helpful in getting my GTX560 artifacts problem fixed. A+ support for me!

As for the motherboard, I have a MSI and they also have great support. My board has never crashed on me, and the BIOS is very cool! (It is clickable... ClickBIOS is what it's called)

I think generalizing about any kind of customer support based on single user experiences is useless. We can debate this for very long and still have no viable conclusion. The fact is, the support is dependable on person doing the support, the land or continent and the kind of issue. The only way to really make some kind of general opinion would be putting a poll thread on some major forum and opening it to everyone. Quite impossible if you ask me...

Zach, how has the Asrock board held up so far? I am very tempted to just go and get the Asrock Z77 Extreme 4.

I was also thinking of trying out the Z77 Extreme4. The doubleboots and hangs on boot, defective sleep mode really go on my nerves... if ASRock solves that, with high performance and no problems to OC my chip, why not?

Exactly what I am thinking. And considering it is only 140 bucks, I really think that it is a good bang for buck. Also, aesthetically speaking, it looks awesome with the black PCB and gold plated capacitors.

Agreed. So... get it and tell me how it is!

You first! I wanna be sure that it will OC my chip to 4.8GHZ just like my current board!
