Extended Download Service & Verification

Featured Replies

Hello, well I just bought the extended download package and registered to submit ticket to activate new URL in order to re-d/l the NGX. However, they said my account had been registered but not verified and to follow the instruction in the email that was sent-----I have yet to receive any email even after asking them to re-send a couple of times. Does anyone know if their server down or does it take a while to get an email??? Any help would be appreceiated.

Regards,

Try registering with a different email account. Some Internet providers have been blocking their automated emails, so switching to a gmail or yahoo account should fix it.
