Is it possible to have the FO/PNF silence the alarm after disconnecting the A/P on approach? I have to do it myself or it goes off right till shutdown.

Hi,

 

Push the autopilot disconnect switch twice, once to disconnect and again to silence alarm, that's the correct procedure.
