Ibrahim. I noticed that in your display settings, you have your Autogen Density set to 'Sparse. From what i have read and from my own personal experience with my set up, this can actually have a negative affect on your FPS. I have mine maxed out with no problems at all.

 

Probably not relevant to the problem you are trying to solve, but thought i would bring it up.

hmmm, so what you are trying to say is Maybe if I increased the AutoGen density to Extreme Dense would increase my FPS?

 

I will try that out and let you know

Im going to get aload of info together for you and help you with your set up on the ATI Like Ryan said Nvidia are prefered for FSX but ATI are good just need alittle tunning is all....
