Featured Replies

Since today's new 50% off deal is the Navigation CDrom, (at PCAviator) and this is 10% Tuesday, I though I would post a link to a review of the product:

I'm debating buying, anybody have experience with this?

Yes, I have it. Like Ryan said you could read the same for free....on the other hand...for a simpleton like me the animations were useful.

Will only install to one PC, via activation system. Had hoped to be able to use it on two (desktop & laptop) like many other pieces of software, however......

Not sure what will happen if I was to uninstall and try to reinstall on another PC, haven't tried it as yet. Guess time will tell.

Bit pricey (full price) for what it is when you compare it to more sophisticated programs that are around...image/video editors etc. It is directed at the novice and as such does a fair job.

Would give it a 6 on the Beaufort Scale.

Arnie....if it ain't broke, don't fix it...

There is always the built in Learning Center...VORs covered in the Navigation section. Not exactly "in depth" but very simple to follow. Plus quite a bit of other useful stuff also.

If you copy the LC folder to a thumb drive you can take it with you. The shortcut for the main index is titled:- lc_KeyTopicsMain.htm and situated within the folder. Place a copy outside of the LC folder and you have instant access to the Learning Center contents. Then you can read up on the office PC during your lunch or whatever. No need to activate the Sim or indeed use the same PC if you catch my drift.

Works for FS8 to present.
