May 9, 201214 yr In the VC, I have part of the info on my EHSI blocked. You can see the difference between the VC and the pop-up in this screen shot. Any known fix available (Bert)? Thanks Joe Brown
May 9, 201214 yr Yes, the GaugeEFIS84_EHSI_3d needs a little editing.. I've suggested it to Carenado, but they did not include it in the SP.. <Element id="Identv1"> <FloatPosition>70.000,52.000</FloatPosition> ... <FontHeight>26</FontHeight> ... <HorizontalAlign>LEFT</HorizontalAlign> <Size>100,26</Size> <Transparent>True</Transparent> </GaugeText> </Element> <Element id="Identv2"> <FloatPosition>70.000,52.000</FloatPosition> ... <FontHeight>26</FontHeight> ... <Size>100,26</Size> <Transparent>True</Transparent> </GaugeText> </Element> <Element id="Distance Readout"> <FloatPosition>70.000,75.000</FloatPosition> ... <FontHeight>26</FontHeight> ... <Size>120,26</Size> <Transparent>True</Transparent> </GaugeText> </Element> <Element id="Distance Readoutv2"> <FloatPosition>70.000,75.000</FloatPosition> ... <FontHeight>26</FontHeight> ... <Size>120,26</Size> <Transparent>True</Transparent> </GaugeText> </Element> Bert
May 10, 201214 yr Author Thanks, Bert...you're the tops! I can edit it, If I could just get the file to save in the existing *.cab. For some reason WinZip won't let me update that archive. Joe Brown
May 10, 201214 yr Thanks, Bert...you're the tops! I can edit it, If I could just get the file to save in the existing *.cab. For some reason WinZip won't let me update that archive. No need for that. Create a subfolder to the Gauges folder and call it the same name as the cab file. Unzip all the files in the cab file into that folder. Do your edits. That is it! FSX will look for the folder first and ignore the cab file if it finds it. To go back to the originals, delete or rename the folder. Bert
